Learn how Literally helped QA.tech grow their online presence and convert developers faster.

QA.tech was struggling with maintaining publishing schedule and in-house content creation. They tried managing content internally, but ended up spending too much time and resources. Within first 3 months, Literally rebuilt their content strategy from the ground up, hired expert authors, and established a scalable publishing rhythm.

QA.tech brings a new way of AI testing to developers: helping them test code as they build. Not in a vacuum, but in the exact way real users will experience it. They offer end-to-end testing with AI, helping companies cut hundreds of hours per month they were spending on manual testing.
QA.tech had all the components of a content program, but none of the structure.
Publishing inconsistencies. On some weeks they'd publish blog posts, other weeks nothing. They were focussing on building the product, not showcasing it.
Creating in-house content was distracting engineers. Team members were writing content in their spare time. This created an overhead in the team. To keep up with constant demand, they had to stay focussed on the product, and they didn’t have time to spare for marketing.
Using AI to generate content didn’t work out. They experimented with AI tools to speed things up, but with no success. Readers could tell immediately that the content wasn't authentic or deep enough. They were afraid it would damage their credibility instead of building it.
Missing out on SEO. They didn’t have SEO experts in house, and their posts weren’t optimized for discovery or conversion. Moreover, content generated by LLMs didn’t perform well at all, due to updates to the Google’s ranking algorithm.
Managing content operations took a lot of time. Owning the entire pipeline from brainstorming, writing, editing, publishing, distribution was shifting their focus away from core product and business ops. This was difficult for them to sustain.
QA.tech needed three things:
Literally's approach aligned with all three. We formed a dedicated team of technical writers with engineering backgrounds, editors, and content managers to help manage this entire process.
The first step was to understand QA.tech's market, their ICP, their product direction, and their voice.
Clarified the audience. We dug into their marketing strategy, looked at who they're trying to reach, and aligned on what "technical relevance" actually means for their users. Instead of using the “developer persona” umbrella term, we decided to focus on QA engineers, automation leads, engineering managers, and DevOps teams looking for intelligent test automation.
Defined content guidelines. We created guidelines regarding the tone of voice, formatting standards, and what topics to lean into vs. avoid. The goal was to achieve consistency across all content pieces while maintaining authenticity.
Created a content style guide. This document ensures every article maintains the same standard. This process ensures every post that comes out matches the QA.tech brand and enhances cohesion.
Completed marketing analysis. We created:
When we laid out the foundation, we turned to execution.
Weekly Blog Post Production
Literally established a clear procedure. We committed to creating 5 high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts per month. All of the posts had to be aligned with product updates, roadmap priorities, and QA industry.
The process is tight:
Each article was written to teach, not to pitch. All the code is working and the examples can be reused.
From the moment Literally took over publishing, it took less than 3 months for the first results to show with frequent spikes when new content gets published.

Building a content program requires working smarter and creating a systematic solution. QA.tech went from burning out trying to manage everything in-house to having a scalable, predictable system where consistent, high-quality content gets distributed to the right people.
“Literally is a true partner, replacing an in-house team of content marketers. They are offloading us from all the content operations and have proven to be very reliable during our product launch.”
