How Literally.dev compares to other AEO and technical content agencies
Side-by-side comparisons with the agencies tech companies weigh us against. What each costs, who writes the content, how AI visibility is measured, and where each one is stronger. Facts come from each vendor’s own site, with the date we checked.
How to choose an AEO agency
AI assistants now answer the questions your buyers used to type into Google. When they ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity what to use, you want your name in the answer. Here is what to check before you sign with anyone, including us.
Ask who writes
Technical buyers can tell when a marketer wrote the piece. Ask to see the engineers who will write for you, not a headcount.
Ask how they measure
Ask for a baseline before work starts: where do AI assistants rank you today, on real buyer questions? Then ask how and when they re-measure. If the answer is a screenshot, keep looking.
Ask where the content goes
Publishing on your own blog is not enough anymore. AI assistants cite publications, newsletters, and communities. Ask what the agency places off-site every month, and whether that is guaranteed.
Ask for the price and the term
Published pricing and a short minimum term mean the agency expects to earn the renewal. Quote-only pricing and annual contracts shift the risk to you.
